Domestic Violence. Dating Violence. The pattern is the same. Victims are both female and male.  Teenagers and their parents need to be aware of what dating violence can entail so they can make better decisions regarding their friendships and those they choose to date. Teens not knowing the dynamics of domestic violence can endanger their family members as well as themselves.

To Be Joyful Again is a nondenominational support group for widows, widowers, or anyone else who has lost a significant other, meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM at Holy Family Parish, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness. St. Edward Central Catholic High School will offer a placement test on Saturday, February 23 for eighth grade students interested in attending the college‐preparatory Catholic High School in the fall of 2019.Registration is open on Wednesday, February 20, from 4:30—7:30 PM, by appointment only. The Two Ways & We Did It Together!

As we recently celebrated Catholic Schools Week, we find we have many traditions that allow us to reflect on why Catholic Education is important to us. These words are spoken best by our very own students of Catholic Education. The following essay was written by an 8th grade student of St. Hubert in reflection on what his education has meant to him.

Totally Awesome Get-together are for high school teens on Sundays after the 6:00 PM Mass from 7:15—8:30 PM in the church lower level.

St. Hubert Prayer Shawl members will be in the narthex after the 4:30 PM Mass on February 16 and after the 7:30, 9:00 and 10:45 AM Masses on February 17 to display their beautiful prayer shawls. Please stop by and check out their handiwork. These shawls provide physical and spiritual comfort to those who wear one. You are welcome to select a shawl...there is no charge, but donations are accepted to help defray the cost of the yarn and other materials needed for our ministry.   

Please return your full (or partly full) bottle filled with your spare change this weekend. This is a simple, but crucial fundraising effort for The TLC Pregnancy Center. We would be so grateful if you could fill a bottle with coins, bills, or a check. The money given now will affect families now and for years to come! 

St. Hubert is hosting Totus Tuus: a summer spiritual camp from June 23rd to June 28th! The college Totus Tuus Missionaries are coming to lead our youth in a week of faith, fun and friends.
