Interested in Becoming Catholic? Adult Ministry of Initiation (AMI) may be the place for you! We follow the OCIA process(Formerly known as RCIA). OCIA stands for the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults and it is the process through which people join or complete their initiation into the Catholic Church. The OCIA process is for anyone who is thinking about joining the Catholic Church. This includes people who were never baptized and those who have been baptized in other Christian churches. It includes people who have grown up with some or much religious instruction, as well as people who have had no religious upbringing. Those who take part in OCIA might be single people, spouses of Catholics and sometimes entire families. OCIA is also for those who have been baptized as Catholics, but did not complete their initiation with First Communion and/or Confirmation. We meet on Tuesday evenings. Sessions begin on August 23, 2022. We are scheduling interviews for those thinking about joining the Catholic Church or Adult Catholics wishing to complete the Sacrament of Initiation.
