In addition to the items there, we're also starting to collect spring clothing for men and women. This would include layering items, lighter jackets, plastic ponchos, etc.
Additional food items include things that are frequently requested but not often donated like: shelf-stable milk, canned goods that open with a tab, shelf-stable microwavable meals, tea bags (black/herbal), canned chunk chicken, & microwaveable single-serving soup.
JOURNEYS is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization working to empower and shelter the homeless and those at-risk. With a day center open for showers, food, laundry, and other services, JOURNEYS also manages nighttime PADS locations across our service area.
