Volunteers needed for taste of St. Hubert

Dear St. Hubert Parishioners & Community Members,
 
The 18 ^th annual Taste of St. Hubert will take place on Saturday, October 5 ^th (5:30—9:00 PM).
 
We are in need of volunteers to help with various tasks to make this exciting parish event a success.  
 
● Set-Up on Friday, October 4 ^th (6:00-7:30 PM)
● Ticket Sales at Door (5:30-7:00 & 7:00-8:30 PM)
● General Help During the Event (5:30-9:00 PM)
● Sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets (6:00-8:00 PM)
● Tear Down Booths (9:00 PM-done)
● Clean-Up (9:00 PM-close)
 
Your shift will take place on Saturday, October 5 ^th, unless otherwise noted. If you are interested in volunteering, you can sign up in the back of church on the sign-up sheet or you may contact Tina Peyser at 847-736-2481 ( [email protected]) 
 
Also, please consider joining our tear down crew, as we will need plenty of helping hands to pack up chairs, tables, and booths at the end of the event!
 
Any assistance, whether it be for the entire event or only a portion, is greatly appreciated! Please also note that this is a great opportunity to fulfill service hours.
